The Champions Classic Pre-Game Reception is free to College of Arts and Sciences alumni and friends. A Champions Classic ticket is required for entry into the United Center.

This is a 24-hour day of giving where alumni, faculty, staff, parents, friends, and fans can support their favorite college, cause, or area. It is a day to celebrate the University of Kentucky’s achievements and to ensure its future success. All gifts support our comprehensive campaign, Kentucky Can: The 21st Century Campaign, which increases opportunities for student success, funds innovative research, improves health care, strengthens the alumni network, and enhances athletic programs.

The College of Arts and Sciences is launching three new funds. Our funds focus on elevating our students by providing comprehensive support, programming, and opportunities for success. These funds are:

• First Gen Trailblazers Fund will provide scholarships and programs for Arts and Sciences undergraduate students who will be the first in their family to graduate from college. The opportunity to receive a UK degree will transform the trajectories of our students and their families.

• Workforce Ready Wildcats Fund will provide our Arts and Sciences undergraduate students with hands-on opportunities including internships, career preparation, professional development, research, and community engagement to prepare them to be competitive in the workforce.

• The Finish Line Fund will provide critical funds to our Arts and Sciences undergraduate students who need additional financial assistance to complete their degree.
