Create an Outlook Quick Step to report spam
UKAT prefers that spam emails are forwarded to them as an attachment. This gives them the most information possible when trying to block spam and prevent phishing attacks, but the process is quite a bit more complicated than simply hitting forward. We can use Outlook quick steps to streamline the process.
Using Remote Desktop (Home PC to Office PC)
Whether you are connecting from off campus or over the campus wireless, you will need to be connected to the campus network via VPN.
Sync Chrome bookmarks and settings
Google Sync allows you to bring your bookmarks, saved passwords, and other browser settings to any computer that you work on. It also can prevent you from losing settings if your hard drive fails or if you receive a new computer. This tutorial (steps 1-5) assumes you have a Google account. If you do not have a gmail account, jump to step 6 for instructions to complete a one-time bookmark backup.

Adding Additional Members to a Resource Mailbox
As an owner of a resource mailbox, you may need to grant permissions to new people from time to time. This is the way to add new members and/or owners to the mailbox.
Configuring locked print and entering user code on Ricoh copiers
Many of the printers in the college are secured with a user code, and if the user code is not entered correctly on the computer that is sending a print job, the print job will not complete. Locked print allows jobs to be sent securely to the printer and held there until you actually arrive at the printer to pick them up.
