Promotion and tenure dossiers have moved to an electronic format. This includes promotion to senior lecturer, promotion to a higher rank, tenure, and promotion to full professor. Please read the P&T dossier checklist to see what is required for the promotion dossiers.
All dossiers are due to the deans office by November 1st.

Note on adding additional materials to a Dossier: Per AR 2:1, no materials should be made part of a dossier other than those outlined in the AR (and listed on the College's Template) "except with the written permission of the faculty employee under review." If a faculty member wishes to include additional materials in the dossier, such as a Covid Impact Statement, Administrative Statement, or Diversity Statement, they should make a request to their chair in writing to do so. The chair should forward a copy of this request to the Associate Dean of Faculty. Additional materials added to the dossier should be placed under a new tab in the template located between items #21 and #22 in the dossier checklist.
